SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage and security agreement executed by CHRISTOPHER M. Said property being located in the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 20, T5N, R21E, and containing 0.41 acres, more or less.   INCLUDING a security interest in one (1) 2016 River Birch manufactured home, Serial No. RB15AL19047AB; together with the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging and all fixtures now attached to and used in connection with the premises herein described.
