NOTICE OF COFFEE COUNTY COMMISSION PROPOSED 

REDISTRICTING PLAN

 

The Coffee County Commission will consider proposed changes to its district boundaries. Formal consideration of the proposed plan will be at its regular meeting in the Community Room at the Coffee County Complex, 1065 E. McKinnon Street, New Brockton, Alabama 36351, on Monday, November 22, 2021, beginning at 9:00 a.m. with public comment allowed prior to any deliberation and vote of the plan. Maps of the proposed district boundaries will be available for public review at the County website at www.coffeecounty.usand the Coffee County Commission Office, located at 1065 E. McKinnon Street, New Brockton, Alabama 36351. Interested citizens are encouraged to offer their comments regarding the proposed plan. The County Commission will accept written comments regarding the proposed plan. Letters should be addressed to the Coffee County Commission, 2 County Complex, New Brockton, AL 36351, RE: Redistricting and include the author’s full name and place of residence. Letters will be read into public record upon consideration.
