LESS AND EXCEPT: A lot or parcel of land heretofore conveyed to Mr. E. G. Brunson (now owned by Grady T. Barefoot), described as: A lot or parcel of land in the E 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 18, Township 5, Range 21 in Coffee County, Alabama and containing 3 acres, more or less, and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the SE corner of the property of Leon Roberts and wife, Foye Roberts, where the same joins the property of Grady Barefoot; thence North along the line for 831.5 feet; thence East for 120 feet; thence South 350 feet; thence East 60 feet; thence South 481.5 feet to the North margin of U. S. 84; thence West along the North margin of U. S. 84 for 180 feet to the point of beginning. The above property is being sold “AS IS” and is subject to any and all reservations, easements, restrictions, covenants, rights of way, and all matters of record. Said sale is made for the purpose of paying the mortgage debt, costs and expenses arising out of the mortgagors’ default, including attorney's fees. Please be advised that Allen C.
