Annie Jo Danford

Annie Jo Danford, age 88, a resident of Elba, AL died Thursday, October 31, 2019 at Medical Center Enterprise. Funeral services will be held at Hayes Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, November 2, 2019 beginning at 10:00 AM with Rev. Derek Snellgrove officiating. Burial will follow in the Pine Level Community Cemetery under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home. Visitation will be at Hayes Funeral Home on Saturday, November 2, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Flowers will be accepted or those wishing to make memorial contributions are asked to do so to the Pine Level Cemetery Fund, c/o Carol Wilson, 1055 Claxton Ave. N, Elba, AL 36323.

Mrs. Danford is survived by children: Wanda (Jim) Carr, Larry (Becky) Kidd, Jane (Ronny) Nicholson, Diane (Ted) Vignola, Paula (Chuck) Smith, and Greg Kidd. She also leaves behind grandchildren: Ben Carr, Zac Carr, Chris Kidd, Lori Kidd King, Ryan Kidd, Chad Dawkins, Jeremy Dawkins, Will Smith, and Rachel Smith LaBarge, along with nine great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren, and special friends: Joy Adcock, Sue Bryan, Hazel Capps, and Marie Grantham.

She was preceded in death by husbands: Cecil Kidd, Eugene Fuller, and James Danford, along with her parents, Fannie Mayberry Hudson and James Alfred Hudson, and her siblings: Lewis Hudson, Agnes Lansdon, Evelyn Mount, Lucille Danley, and Frances Hall.
